The best Salted Caramel French Toast -- 100% Dairy Free!

-1/2 cup water

- 1 egg

- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

- 1/8 tsp maple syrup

- 1/4 tsp cinnamon

- 2 slices of bread

- 1 tbsp oil

Salted Caramel Drizzle (Optional) - 2 tsp Salted Caramel Oat Milk Powder - 2 tsp powdered sugar - 1 tsp water - fruit of choice - Pinch of Cinnamon

Servings: 1


  1. Add your Magic Oats salted caramel oat milk powder to water and stir to combine

  2. Add the oat milk to a medium sized bowl with the egg, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and cinnamon. Whisk until thoroughly combined.

  3. Dip both sides of bread into the oat milk mixture and allow bread to absorb for a few seconds.

  4. Heat oil in a medium sized nonstick pan or griddle. Place the soaked bread onto the pan and fry at medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.

  5. Remove from the heat and plate with your favourite toppings.

Salted Caramel Glaze:

  1. Sieve the icing sugar to ensure it is smooth, then mix in the salted caramel oatmilk powder.

  2. Add water and mix until smooth.

  3. Drizzle desired amount and enjoy!
