- 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon

- 1/2 tsp Aluminum-Free Baking Powder

- 2 Organic Bananas (Peeled & Mashed)

- 1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

- 3 Tbsp Virgin Coconut Oil Gently Warmed into Liquid

- 1/4 cup Organic Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips

1. Preheat the oven to 350F and prepare a baking sheet.

2. In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, Magic Oats Unsweetened Coconut Powder, coconut, sea salt, cinnamon, and baking powder.

3. In a second bowl, mash the bananas well, then stir in the vanilla and melted coconut oil.

4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until combined. Then fold in the chocolate chips.

5. Use a 1/4 cup measuring cup to form the cookies. TIP: Dip the measuring cup in water before filling it with the mixture to avoid sticking.

6. Flip the measuring cup down on the prepared cookie sheet with parchment paper.

(For smaller cookies use 2 tbsp full, and use your fingers to round and flatten.)

5.Flatten the tops slightly with your fingers.

6. Bake for 20 - 22 minutes until golden on the edges. Leave to cool for a few minutes, then carefully transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. NOTE: Fragile until completely cooled down.
